We (the Lightning Bugs Quilt Studio dynamic duo) will handle your quilt with kid gloves, You also understand that we’re human and that our machines are machines. If you have specific instructions, we’ll do our best to follow them to the letter. If you want us to take artistic liberties and use our best judgement, we can do that, too. We’ve never had a customer complaint and we want you to be just as thrilled with your quilt when it arrives back to you. Please let us know how we can make this experience smooth and wonderful.
